SPA VOUCHER RULES

1. No voucher will be exchanged for cash.
2. No voucher will be exchanged for retail products.
3. No change (money or voucher) will be given against a voucher. Any authorised balance on a voucher will not be refunded and cannot be used on another day.
4. No voucher can be extended for more than 4 months – Except for vouchers that are authorised by the Owner or the Spa Manager.
5. Only vouchers with two original authorised signatures, are valid and will be accepted.
6. Only the original person whose name is on the voucher may redeem the voucher. Vouchers may not be transferred to family or a friend unless agreed in writing by the Stillness Spa Manager in very exceptional circumstances.
7. Treatments can be exchanged for different treatments (not products), but an additional charge will be due if the new treatments are more expensive than the original treatments indicated on the voucher.
