and Sauna. The benefits to be gained by enjoying a Steam or Sauna
session prior to most treatments are immense. These heat treatments
prepare the body for the breakdown and elimination of "toxic" elements
by increasing its metabolism leaving your body supple and toned.
A Steam Bath or Sauna session is included in all Therapy Treatments.
