Stillness Manor & Spa is based in Tokai, an equestrian area at the edge of the Constantia valley. Stillness Spa is set in the midst of beautiful and lush surroundings. Nestled in the shadow of the Steenberg Mountains, the Manor exudes silence and pristine purity,  the essence of Stillness. Our well-equipped facilities are tailored to be as efficient and comfortable as possible and wellbeing.

Our philosophy is based on moderation, basic nutrition, sensible exercise, abundant relaxation and health.
Stillness Spa offers an experience based on quality spa therapies. Our services include touch therapy, spa body treatments and skin care treatments. These holistic treatments in  combination will lead to the discovery of a whole new world of rejuvenation and wellness for our clients.

Spa Business Hours

• The Spa is open for treatments from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00
• Opening hours on Saturdays are from 08:00 to 16:00
• Opening hours on Public Holidays are form 09:00 to 14:00
• The Spa is closed on 25 December, 1 January and on Sundays
• All bookings are by prior appointment only
