ACCOMMODATION RATES

These rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast
Minibar consumption will be charged extra to the guest’s account
Telephone and internet usage are charged extra to the guest’s account
Special dietary requirements are quoted on request
 Rates include Value Added Tax at 14%

 (*): Child under 12 years of age staying in same room
(**): Special rates will apply during June-August months.

Booking Confirmation Policy
A deposit or credit card guarantee equivalent to 50% of the fee quoted is required to confirm your booking. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the day of arrival, the deposit or credit card guarantee required to confirm your booking is 100% of the fee. Bookings will be released automatically if no payment is received within the specified period.

Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:00.

Premature Departure
In case of a departure earlier than planned, the entire booking fee remains due and Stillness will charge for the entirety of the booking fee and shall not refund any part thereof.

Booking Cancellation Policy
25% of the fee is due for booking cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date
50% of the fee is due for booking cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date
100% of the fee is due for booking cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date

Due to the growing popularity of our Spa, we recommend you pre-book any treatments prior to your arrival to avoid any disappointment.
